Bring us back like streams in the Negev

1A song of ascents. When the LORD turned things around for Zion, we were like people in a dream. 2Then we laughed and laughed, and our tongues rang with joyful shouts. Then people among the nations said, “What great things the LORD has done for them!” 3Great things indeed the LORD has done for us, and how glad we were! 4LORD, restore us again, as the rains bring the dry streams of the Negev back to life. 5People who sow their seed in tears will bring in the harvest with songs of joy. 6People may go out in tears as they carry the seed for sowing, but they will surely come home shouting for joy, their arms full of sheaves.

Примечания

  1. a1restored the restoration: made things as they were. Или: brought back the captives of Zion (Под вопросом).
