Not one does good

1For the music director. On mahalath. A maskil of David. 2Fools tell themselves, “There is no God.” \q They are rotten through and through; \q their wrongdoing is detestable. \q Not one of them does good. 3From heaven God looks down on the human race \q to see whether anyone is wise, \q anyone who is looking for God. 4Everyone has turned away; all alike have gone bad. \q No one does good, \q not a single one. 5Have they learned nothing, these evildoers? \q They devour my people as if they were eating bread, \q and they never call on God. 6Terror gripped them there, where there had been nothing to fear, \q for God scattered the bones of the army camped against you. \q You brought them to shame, because God had thrown them aside. 7If only Zion would send Israel its rescue! \q When God turns back the fortunes of his people, \q let Jacob shout for joy and Israel be glad.
