  2. 2 Wakorintho 6:8

We give no one any reason to stumble in anything, so that no fault can be found with our ministry. Instead, in everything we recommend ourselves as God’s servants do: with great endurance, in hardships, in calamities, in tight corners, in beatings, in prisons, in riots, in toil, in sleepless nights, in going without food; by purity, by knowledge, by patience, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by love that is real, by speaking the truth, by the power of God; with the weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left; in honor and in disgrace, in slander and in praise. We are taken for deceivers, yet we are honest; for unknowns, yet we are well known; for dying, and yet here we are, alive; for people under discipline, yet we are not put to death; for grieving, yet we are always full of joy; for poor, yet we bring riches to many; for people with nothing, yet everything is ours.

Warumi matumizi 15

Those who persist in doing good, seeking glory, honor and immortality, he will reward with eternal life.

But there will be glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good, the Jew first and also the Greek.

  4. Warumi 3:7

But if my falsehood makes God’s truth shine out all the more, to his glory, why am I, too, still judged a sinner? And why not do what some slander us by saying we teach: “Let us do evil so that good may come of it”?

  5. Warumi 3:23

Everyone has sinned, and all come short of God’s glory. Yet they are declared righteous as a free gift, by his grace, through the redemption found in Christ Jesus.

  6. Warumi 4:20

His faith did not weaken when he looked at his own body, as good as dead now that he was about a hundred years old, or at the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not doubt God’s promise or waver in unbelief. Instead he grew strong in faith and gave glory to God, fully convinced that God had the power to carry out what he had promised.

  7. Warumi 5:2

So now that we have been declared righteous by faith, we are at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also been brought by faith into this grace where we now stand, and we boast in the hope of sharing God’s glory.

  11. Warumi 9:4

I could even wish that I myself were under a curse, cut off from Christ, on behalf of my brothers and sisters, my own people by human descent. They are Israelites. Theirs is the adoption as God’s children, theirs the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship and the promises. The patriarchs are theirs, and from them, by human descent, comes Christ, who is God over all, blessed forever. Amen.

  12. Warumi 9:23

What if God, wanting to show his wrath and to make his power known, has borne with great patience the vessels of wrath, made ready for destruction? What if he did this to make known the riches of his glory to the vessels of mercy, which he prepared in advance for glory, that is, to us, whom he has called not only from among the Jews but also from among the Gentiles? As he says in Hosea, “Those who were not my people I will call ‘my people,’ and her who was not loved I will call ‘loved.’”

  13. Warumi 11:36

For all things are from him and through him and for him. To him be glory forever! Amen.

So then, when you eat, when you drink, whatever you do, do everything for God’s glory.

  4. 1 Wakorintho 11:7

Some bodies belong to the heavens and some to the earth, and the glory of those in the heavens differs from the glory of those on earth.

  7. 1 Wakorintho 15:41

The sun has its own glory, the moon another, the stars another; and even among the stars, each has a glory that is different.

  8. 1 Wakorintho 15:43

In dishonor it is sown, in glory it is raised; in weakness it is sown, in power it is raised.

2 Wakorintho matumizi 19
  1. 2 Wakorintho 1:20

However many promises God has made, in him each one is “Yes.” So it is through him too that we answer God with “Amen,” and God is given glory through us.

  2. 2 Wakorintho 3:7 2 Wakorintho 3:8

The ministry of death, cut in letters into stone, still came with glory, so bright that the Israelites could not fix their eyes on Moses’ face because of the glory shining there, a glory that was being done away with. How much more, then, will the ministry of the Spirit come with glory!

  3. 2 Wakorintho 3:9

For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness overflows with far more glory.

  4. 2 Wakorintho 3:10

Indeed, in this respect what was once glorified has no glory at all, outshone as it is by a glory far greater.

  5. 2 Wakorintho 3:11

For if what was being done away with had its glory, what remains has glory far greater still.

  6. 2 Wakorintho 3:18

But all of us, our faces uncovered, look upon the Lord’s glory as in a mirror, and we are being changed into the same image we see, from glory to ever greater glory. That is how the Lord, who is the Spirit, works.

  7. 2 Wakorintho 4:4

If our gospel is veiled at all, it is veiled from those who are perishing. Among them the god of this age has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, so that they cannot see the light that shines out from the gospel, the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

  8. 2 Wakorintho 4:6

For the God who said, “Out of darkness light will shine,” is the one who shone in our hearts, to bring the light of the knowledge of God’s glory, the glory seen in the face of Christ.

  9. 2 Wakorintho 4:15

Everything is for your sake, so that grace, as it spreads through more and more people, may make thanks to God overflow and bring glory to God.

  10. 2 Wakorintho 4:17

Our troubles are light and last only a moment, and they are bringing about for us an eternal glory, weighty beyond all measure. All the while, we look not at what can be seen but at what cannot be seen. What can be seen lasts only a while; what cannot be seen is eternal.

  11. 2 Wakorintho 6:8

We give no one any reason to stumble in anything, so that no fault can be found with our ministry. Instead, in everything we recommend ourselves as God’s servants do: with great endurance, in hardships, in calamities, in tight corners, in beatings, in prisons, in riots, in toil, in sleepless nights, in going without food; by purity, by knowledge, by patience, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by love that is real, by speaking the truth, by the power of God; with the weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left; in honor and in disgrace, in slander and in praise. honor and dishonor: their standing in people’s eyes δόξης here is honor or good reputation, set against ἀτιμίας (“dishonor”), as δυσφημίας (“slander”) is set against εὐφημίας (“good report”). The ministry goes on whether people speak well or badly of them.

  12. 2 Wakorintho 8:19

Traveling with Titus is the brother whose work for the gospel has won him praise in all the churches; we are sending him too. Not only that: the churches voted to appoint him as our companion on the journey, as we take charge of this gift of grace. We do it to bring glory to the Lord himself, and because we are eager to help. We are guarding against any charge that could be brought against us over this large sum we are handling. Our concern is for what is honorable, both before the Lord and before people.

  13. 2 Wakorintho 8:23

If anyone asks about Titus: he is a partner of mine, working with me for you. If they ask about our brothers: they are envoys of the churches, and they bring glory to Christ.

Grace and peace to you from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from this present evil age, as our God and Father willed. To him be the glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Waefeso matumizi 8
  1. Waefeso 1:6 Waefeso 1:12

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Christ he has blessed us with every blessing the Spirit gives in the heavenly places. Even before the world was founded, God chose us in Christ, so that we would be holy and without blemish before him in love. He marked us out beforehand to be adopted as his own sons and daughters through Jesus Christ. That was what he gladly willed, so that his glorious grace would be praised, the grace he has freely given us in the Beloved. In him and through his blood we have redemption, the forgiveness of our wrongdoing. We have it because God’s grace is so rich, grace that he has poured out on us in abundance, with all wisdom and understanding. He has made known to us the mystery of his will, as it pleased him to do. He set out this purpose in Christ as his plan for when the times reach their fullness: to bring all things together under one head in Christ, things in heaven and things on earth, all in him. In him we too have been claimed as God’s own portion. We were marked out for this beforehand by the purpose of God, who works out everything as his will determines, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ would bring praise to his glory.

  2. Waefeso 1:14

And you also are in him. You heard the message of truth, the gospel that brings you salvation, and you believed; and in him you were sealed with the Holy Spirit God had promised. The Spirit is the down payment on our inheritance, until God redeems those who are his own possession, so that his glory will be praised.

  3. Waefeso 1:17 Waefeso 1:18

For this reason, since I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s holy people, I have never stopped thanking God for you. I mention you whenever I pray, asking the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, to give you the Spirit who brings wisdom and revelation as you come to know him. With the eyes of your heart opened to the light, you will know what hope his call holds out to you, how rich and glorious an inheritance he has in his holy people, and how far beyond all measure is his power at work for us who believe. It is the working of his mighty strength, which he put to work in Christ when he raised him from the dead and set him at his right hand in the heavenly places, high above every ruler and authority, every power and dominion, and every name that can be named, not only in this age but in the age to come as well.

  4. Waefeso 3:13

So I ask you not to lose heart over the troubles I bear for your sake. They are your glory.

  5. Waefeso 3:16

For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth takes its name. I pray that, in keeping with the riches of his glory, he will give you power, making your inner self strong through his Spirit, so that through faith and in love Christ will make his home in your hearts. You are rooted deep and set on a firm foundation, and I pray that you will have the strength to grasp, with all God’s holy people, the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ, a love that goes beyond knowledge, so that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.

  6. Waefeso 3:21

Now to the one who is able to do all things, far beyond anything we ask or think, by the power that is at work in us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus, to every generation, for ever and ever. Amen.

Wafilipi matumizi 6
  1. Wafilipi 1:11

And this is what I pray: that your love will overflow more and more, with full knowledge and every kind of insight, so that you can test and recognize what really matters. Then on the day of Christ you will be pure and free from stumbling, full of the fruit of righteousness that is produced through Jesus Christ, so that God receives glory and praise.

  2. Wafilipi 2:11

That is why God has exalted him far above all and freely given him the name that is above every name, so that every knee will bend before the name of Jesus, in heaven, on earth and below the earth, and every tongue will openly declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, bringing glory to God the Father.

  3. Wafilipi 3:19

For many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. I have often told you about them, and now I tell you again, in tears. Destruction is where they will end. The belly is their god, they find their glory in what should make them ashamed, and earthly things fill their minds.

  4. Wafilipi 3:21

But we hold our citizenship in heaven, and it is from there that we are eagerly waiting for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will change these bodies of our humble state and give them the same form as his glorious body, by the working of his power to bring all things under his rule.

  5. Wafilipi 4:19

And my God will fill every need you have, in keeping with his glorious wealth in Christ Jesus.

  6. Wafilipi 4:20

Glory be to our God and Father for ever and ever. Amen.

  1. Wakolosai 1:11

That is why, from the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will, with all the wisdom and understanding the Spirit gives, so that you may live in a way worthy of the Lord and please him in every way, bearing fruit in every kind of good work and growing in the knowledge of God. We ask that you be made strong with all power by his glorious might, so that you may endure everything with patience and joy, and give thanks to the Father, who has made you fit to share in the inheritance of God’s holy people in the light. He has rescued us from the power of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves. In him we have redemption, which is the forgiveness of our sins.

  2. Wakolosai 1:27

Now I am glad to suffer for your sake. In my own body I am completing what is still lacking in Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, the church. I became its servant by the task God gave me for your benefit: to make the word of God fully known, the mystery that was kept hidden through all past ages and generations but has now been revealed to his holy people. God chose to make known to them how rich and glorious this mystery is among the Gentiles. The mystery is this: Christ in you, the hope of glory.

  3. Wakolosai 3:4

Christ is your life. When he is revealed, you too will be revealed with him in glory.

God is our witness, and so are you: we lived among you believers in a way that was devout, just and without fault. You know how we treated each one of you as a father treats his own children. We urged you on, we comforted you, and we pleaded with you to live in a way that is worthy of God, who is calling you into his own kingdom and glory.

  3. 1 Wathesalonike 2:20

Yes, you are our glory and our joy.

2 Wathesalonike matumizi 2
  1. 2 Wathesalonike 1:9

We are bound to thank God for you at all times, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing beyond measure and the love every one of you has for the others keeps increasing. So we ourselves speak proudly of you among the churches of God, because of your endurance and faith in all the persecutions and troubles you are bearing. All this is evidence that God judges rightly, and the result will be that you are counted worthy of God’s kingdom, for which you are suffering. For it is right for God to repay with suffering those who make you suffer, and to give rest to you who suffer, as to us also, when the Lord Jesus appears from heaven with his mighty angels in a blaze of fire, bringing punishment on those who do not know God and on those who refuse to obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, cut off from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his power, on that day when he comes to be glorified among his holy people and marveled at by all who believed. And you are among those believers, for when we bore witness to you, you believed it.

  2. 2 Wathesalonike 2:14

But we must always thank God for you, brothers and sisters whom the Lord loves, because God chose you, as the first of a harvest, to be saved, through the Spirit who makes you holy and through your faith in the truth. To this he called you when we brought you the gospel, so that you would come to possess the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Timotheo matumizi 3
  1. 1 Timotheo 1:11

We know that the law is good, if it is used as it should be. We know that law is not made for people who do right, but for the lawless and the rebellious, the ungodly and sinners, those who have no regard for what is holy, those who kill their fathers or mothers, murderers, the sexually immoral, men who have sex with men, slave traders, liars, those who break their oaths, and whatever else goes against the sound teaching that agrees with the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which has been entrusted to me.

  2. 1 Timotheo 1:17

To the King of all ages, the immortal, invisible and only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

  3. 1 Timotheo 3:16

Beyond all question, the mystery of our faith is great: He was revealed in a human body, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed in throughout the world, taken up in glory.

2 Timotheo matumizi 2
  1. 2 Timotheo 2:10

  1. Tito 2:13

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people. It teaches us to say no to ungodliness and worldly desires, and to live self-controlled, righteous and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ. He gave himself for us to set us free from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people that belongs to him, eager to do what is good.

Waebrania matumizi 7
  1. Waebrania 1:3

The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact stamp of his being, and he bears all things along by his word of power. Having made cleansing for sins through himself, he took his seat at the right hand of the Majesty on high. So he has become far better than the angels, as far as the name that is his by inheritance excels theirs.

  2. Waebrania 2:7

You made him a little lower than the angels; with glory and honor you crowned him, and you put all things in subjection under his feet.” When God subjected all things to him, he left nothing that is not subject to him.

  3. Waebrania 2:9

But Jesus we do see. For a little while he was placed lower than the angels, and because of the death he suffered he has been crowned with glory and honor, so that apart from God he should taste death on behalf of everyone.

  4. Waebrania 2:10

Of these things there is no time now to speak one by one.

  7. Waebrania 13:21

May the God of peace, who led our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, up from the dead through the blood of an eternal covenant, make you ready in every good thing for doing his will. May he bring about in us whatever pleases him, through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory for all the ages. Amen.

This is why you are overjoyed, even though for a little while now, if it must be so, you have been distressed by trials of many kinds. They come so that your faith, once tested and shown to be genuine, may be found to bring praise and glory and honor at the time Jesus Christ is revealed. Faith like that is worth far more than gold, and gold perishes, even though it too is tested by fire.

  2. 1 Petro 1:11

This salvation is what the prophets looked into, searching it out with great care, when they prophesied about the grace God meant for you. They tried to learn what time, and what sort of time, was being shown to them by the Spirit of Christ who was in them, as the Spirit told beforehand of the sufferings in store for Christ and the glories to come after them.

For you know the price of your release from the useless way of living you inherited from your forefathers. That price was not silver or gold, things that decay, but the precious blood of Christ, who was like a lamb without flaw or stain. God knew him before the world was made, and in this final age he has made him known for your sake. It is through him that you trust in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory. So your faith and hope are fixed on God.

  7. 1 Petro 4:14

If you are insulted because you bear the name of Christ, you are blessed, since the Spirit of glory, the very Spirit of God, rests on you.

So I appeal to the elders among you. I am an elder with you, a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and one who will also share in the glory that is about to be revealed. Tend God’s flock among you as shepherds do. Take care of it freely, the way God would have it, not because you are forced to; not to make money for yourselves, but gladly and readily. Do not rule harshly over the people given into your charge; set an example for the flock instead.

  3. Ufunuo 4:11

“Our Lord and God, you are worthy to receive the glory, the honor, and the power, because you created all things: because you willed it, they existed and were created.”

  4. Ufunuo 5:12

Then I looked, and I heard the voices of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders. Their number was beyond counting: ten thousands of ten thousands, and thousands of thousands. With a loud voice they said, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered to receive power, wealth, wisdom, might, honor, glory, and blessing!”

  5. Ufunuo 5:13

Then every created thing in heaven, on earth, under the earth and on the sea, all that they hold, I heard saying: “To the one seated on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!”

  6. Ufunuo 7:12

Every angel stood in a circle around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures, and they threw themselves face down before the throne and worshiped God. “Amen!” they said. “Blessing and glory, wisdom and thanksgiving, honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”
